... Yeah no kidding Flip. I just got the building permit last Friday! You'd think that with residential construction at an all-time low it would be easy to get approved for a permit. Not in this county - lack of business at the Plans Office means more mid-level bureaucrats to over inspect everything and break my stones over trivial shit  Good news is we break ground tomorrow and my builder says he can do it in 4 mos. |
